Paul Bardinet, a young liquor merchant, discovers a sugar cane alcohol imported from the West Indies, with a harsh taste, but rich in aromas. He decided to exploit all its generosity and, like an alchemist, sought the perfect blend: the best vintages aged in oak barrels then revealed all their flavour. Negrita, the first gastronomic rum in France.
