The recipe is made from 5 main ingredients; single malts aged in American white oak barrels, Sherry, Mizunara, smoked malt whiskey produced from peated barley, and to tie it all together, grain whiskey. Hibiki Japanese Harmony can be enjoyed neat at room temperature in order to express its full aromatic potential, but it can also be enjoyed highballed (with sparkling water and lots of ice) for a typically Japanese tasting experience!
