Footed base. Square clear glass body with etched ornaments and overlay lyra motif. Polished jade hinged lid with a figurative frog finial. The piece is garnished with diamonds, rubies, and sapphires. Hallmark of 84 silver standard and makers mark are on the bottom and on the inner rim.
Marked in 3 places. 84 silver marks, Faberge and work master initials IP for
Julius Alexander Rappoport (1851-1917) – workmaster mark I.P. markipmark – active 1883-1908, succeeded by the First Artel
Total Weight: 445 grams.
