With a golden straw yellow color of great intensity and brilliance, subtle and lively perlage. On the nose it is dry, rich and complex with notes of pineapple, grapefruit, dried fruit, white flowers and dried yellow fruit. On the palate it is very direct, with great energy and drive, with a long persistence and a finish on a light almond note. It is the product of greater complexity, vinosity and power. 48 months of aging on the yeasts.
Gobillard's non-vintage Blanc de Noirs is a synthesis of 90% Pinot noir grapes and 10% Pinot Meunier. Champagne with a period of around four years on the yeasts, sugar dosage contained in five grams per litre. Champagne with an excellent quality/price ratio.
