Beautiful Coalport porcelain lidded urn pedestal jar and cover in the manner of KPM. Circular white bone china body rests on a square plinth with canted corners. The pull-off domed lid has a figural pineapple finial. The vase is set with two large mask handles in the form of ram heads which are richly gilded. One side of the body is decorated with a large polychrome floral bouquet that is framed with a moulded and gilded scrolling border. The reverse is ornamented with a large gilt foliate medallion and the rest of the body is further gilded with friezes, scrolls and floral sprigs. 464 g 24.5 cm tall 14 cm handle to handle 6.5 x 6.5 cm across the base 10.5 cm across the widest part Excellent condition.
