Instead of receiving twelve cups and saucers l received nine because three saucers were broken while packing,. Upon receipt another saucer was delivered chipped. Since 7October discount not received.
查看翻译we had told you to choose if buy the service or not because we wrote the msg before shipping that 3 saucers were broken...we proposed a €20 discount and we made the transfer. you could write a msg to say this. we don't think we deserve this negative comment.

查看翻译The box look more like a ball than a square, it had holes on the side was dented and the internal packaging was also done extremely poorly, all plates super dirty. miracles they didn’t break!
查看翻译The weather and heavy rain surely changed the shape of the original box but from us it departed in good conditions. Surely in the way the humidity that penetrated possibly have dirtied the plates because when prepared from us they were perfect as we always prepare goods well as you see in the other selled products. We are sorry anyways and we hope you liked the magnificient plates.
