This product is a machine for shaving bonito flakes, a traditional Japanese preserved food. It has an iron blade and can shave hard bonito flakes. It is useful when making Japanese food that uses bonito stock. Freshly shaved bonito flakes have a very good flavor, so they are used by Japanese food professionals. The body and blade are inscribed with Oshima Mokko.
Size: Height 9.5 cm / Length 21.5 cm / Width 8.6 cm / Weight 620 g (Since this is a general measurement, there may be some errors.)
○Product condition
It is in good condition. Please be sure to check the product image as you may be concerned about small scratches that cannot be seen with the naked eye.
Depending on the lighting at the time of shooting, there may be some differences in color between the actual product and the image. Please note.
○Accessories
A box and bookmark are included. We will pack it carefully, but we cannot guarantee that you will be satisfied.
