In the 25th edition of the “The Best of the Year 2021” awards, @revistadevinhos awarded the Excellence Award to Blandy’s Madeira Listrão 1977
Made exclusively with Listrão grapes (produced only on the island of Porto Santo), these were harvested by hand in the 1977 harvest at William Leacock vineyards, in one of the last harvests he carried out on his property – Quinta do Ribeiro Salgado.
After a boat trip to the island of Madeira, they aged for 44 years in the @blandyswinelodge cellars and, in this last stock, only 751 bottles were produced, which makes Listrão 1977 a very rare and exclusive wine

Boa noite, Mal embrulhada não posso concordar... Bolha, caixa de Madeira e posteriormente Caixa de cartão, nem os próprios produtores fazem este tipo de embalamento. A encomenda já foi entregue à quase 1 semana e apenas agora deu conta??? se estava mal embrulhada conforme indica...tinha detetado logo...devia estar toda molhada...devia dar para ver quando recebeu...ou a garrafa partiu-se e a caixa estava seca? Mas se me enviar fotos da garrafa partida com o gargalo intacto e o contra rótulo com o nº de garrafa eu envio-lhe uma nova. Cumprimentos
