查看翻译Bonjour, plutôt que de mettre un avis négatif il fallait m en parler... car je découvre celà avec votre commentaire, mais c est le triste monde actuel... Ensuite il n y avait pas de pli sur la photo quand je l ai envoyé, les photos de l annonce sont en HD et j en met beaucoup, vous l auriez vu. C est plus un probleme de transport! Et lorsque le postier vous a proposé le colis il fallait le refuser si il était endommagé... Car j envoie mes colis en recommandé, il faut donc votre acceptation et votre signature pour obtenir le colis, donc si il était abimé suite à la livraison il fallait le refuser tout simplement... Je précise que l autographe est protégé de l humidité dans pochette plastifié, il est mit dans une enveloppe rigide cartonné prévu pour protégé des coups, sur l enveloppe il est indiqué en flash de ne pas plier l enveloppe et le colis voyage seulement avec de petites enveloppes, je paye plus cher pour celà. Enfin l acheteur doit juste verifier que le colis n est pas abimé...

Belle photo mais héla plié en 2 endroits par le transport. Cher transport pour peu de soin apporté. Même dans une enveloppe speciale, il faut mettre dans un plastique solide comme font d'autres.
