La Maltroie is a Premier Cru vineyard of the Chassagne-Montrachet appellation in Burgundy. This gently sloping, east-facing vineyard produces red wines from Pinot Noir and white wines from Chardonnay.
It is located next to the buildings of Chassagne-Montrachet itself, at the south-western corner of the village. Two parcels within it are known as Ez Crets and Les Places. Wines from these plots may choose to use their own name or La Maltroie. It also covers a western enclave of the Chassagne climat.
