A set of 5 hand made antique chalices / gobelets. Silver plated with a decoration of bunches of grapes all around them. Feet slightly curved. Domed bases. Capacity of around 30cl (10 US fl oz) There are slight differences in their heights : 4 "tall" ones with heights from 19.1 to 19.5cm (7 1/2" to 7 11/16") and one "short" one with a height of 18.5cm (7 9/32"). Weights from 290g to 350g (10.2 oz to 12.3oz) ABOUT THE CONDITION PLEASE READ CAREFULLY : These chalices are around 100 years old, so they obviously have signs of aging (and that's precisely the reason why we love them) : * The metal in itself is in very good condition, no bump whatsoever. * Silver plating has different issues : important lacks inside the cups, much less on the external sides except on one cup. Scattered pittings on all the gobelets. * Oxydations can remain important despite my vigourous cleaning, especially around the grapes. I will clean them again just before shipping unless you ask me not to do it. But for sure some oxydations will remain even after cleaning. Colors may slightly differ between the pictures and reality, depending on the device used for the shooting and the one used for the viewing.
