The Highland Park distillery is located in the northernmost part of Scotland at a point where, due to the strong gusts of wind and the interaction with sea salt, the trees are almost zero and wild heather and barley, two essential elements for the production of this Single Malt, dominate. These particular climatic conditions make the aging of the distillate perfect and, to maximize its character, in this No.2 version, the Italian importer Velier has selected a single ex-Sherry batch, number 1640, filled in 2006 and bottled in 2018. With a rich and particularly 'sweet' peat, this Whisky is a taste that cannot be missed in the memory of Highland Park lovers!
