A beautiful pearl necklace of saltwater Akoya pearls with excellent lustre, finished with a silver ball clasp.
The classic Akoya pearl is a type of cultured saltwater pearl originating from Japan and has a characteristically white colour, with a pink overtone.
These blue-grey pearls are toned by irradiating cobalt. Cobalt irradiation is often used for gray and blue pearls. This technique can be toned to colors similar to natural colors. No dye is used.
These round pearls are 5.5x6mm in size.
The necklace is fastened with a ball clasp in 14K white gold, which has a polished finish, hallmarked.
The clasp is safe and easy to open/close.
At 49cm the necklace should sit nicely below the collarbone and is individually hand-knotted between each pearl for safety and comfort.
Packaging: Necklace jewellery box and an Authenticity Certificate to gaurantee the source and quality.
