Cantillon Le Plaisir
A collaboration between Cascina Degli Ulivi and Cantillon.
A blend of 9 different grape pomaces (300g/l) and 2-year old lambic.
Before being blended with the lambic, the grapes underwent a 9 month pellicular maceration.

Cantillon Sang Bleu
Blend of 2-year old lambic and blue honeysuckle.
Bottled: 20 February 2023

Cantillon Saint Lamvinus
Blend of two year old lambic with 3 grapes: Merlot (55%), Grenache Noir(35%) and Syrah (10%)

Cantillon Iris
It's a spontaneous fermentation beer made with pure malt, is really unique. It matures for two years in oak-wood casks and undergoes a natural second fermentation in the bottle afterwards. The fresh hops give the beer a bitter flavour. This characteristic, combined with the absence of wheat, constitute the main difference between the Iris and the other Cantillon beers, that are made with lambic.

Cantillon Grand Cru Bruocsella season 2016-2017
The lambic Grand Cru is like a cereals-based wine. It is a lambic that has matured for three years in oak-wood casks and has been selected for its unique colour, bouquet and aroma. It has a very long shelf life. It should be served in a wine glass at a temperature of 12-15°.
