That grows on the estate since 1819 with the apply of minimum intervention on the fields, They create a pure and superb aged en rum.

Every thing it took to make these rare rums it's all done on the estate of Saint Aubin in Mauritus, they use their own plantations, own stills, own warehouses and there own bottling plant just to create these rare rums.

The VSOP is made from fresh sugarcane that's distilled in there own traditional copper column still that brings a deep, delicate and smooth rum before barrel filling.

The rum has been matured in a combination of Ex-Bourbon and Ex-Cognac barrels for a minimum of at least 4 years, resulting in a rare, unique and exceptional rum from Mauritius


XO SINGLE ESTATE RUM:

The XO is made from fresh sugarcane that's distilled in there own traditional pot still at La Masion du Rhum, that brings a deep, delicate and smooth rum before barrel filling.

The rum has been matured in a combination of New French Oak and Ex-Cognac barrels for a minimum of 6 years, resulting in a rum of extraordinary complexity that's rarely seen.
