L'emballage, qui me répondra-t-on fut fort bien fait et que l'acheteur ne sait pas ouvrir un colis, ou bien que c'est le transporteur qui est responsable des dégâts, ne protège pas contre les chocs

The object is insured and you can hand it over to DHL for an assessment. packaging was damaged on arrival. Car is OK but box is totally damaged. Pity!
