El ajedrez estaba en perfecto estado. No tenia ningún desperfecto. Las dimensiones de las piezas están nombradas en la descripción del anuncio y fotografiadas al lado de un flexómetro para poder verificar sus dimensiones en el reportaje fotográfico del anuncio. Esta queja es absurda

Usted ha intentado estafarme. Ha querido quedarse el ajedrez y no pagarlo. La descripción es exacta y precisa. Usted me pidió un descuento al recibir el ajedrez presentando una reclamación absurda, a lo cuál me negué. No acepto chantajes. Sin embargo le ofrecí la posibilidad de devolverlo, pero usted prefirió quedárselo y presentar una reclamación a CATAWIKI y el experto de CATAWIKI ha considerado su reclamación improcedente, a pesar de la clara orientación a favor del comprador que tiene CATAWIKI, porque su reclamación no tiene ningún fundamento.
