Great art book introducing modern japanese prints, boxed hard cover.
Published in 1976 by Mainichi shibun sha. Supervisor is Seiichiro Takahasi.
It's a vol. 3 from the series of totally 3 volumes.

This item is totally 291 pages, containing 289 plates by offset copying from various famous artists' works of modern japanese prints. All those plates are basically full color. 8 of the 289 plates printed separately and pasted on the pages with thin paper cover. And other plates printed on the pages directly as an usual artbook.
In addition to those, it contains explanation pages and the list of plates.
The list has English translation though other texts all written in Japanese.
In the list pages, artist, title, dimensions, technique and date of each works written in English.
Most of those works are woodblock printing, but also including other techniques in bit some, as lithograph, copper plate, etc.
Book size is 41×30.5×3.5cm

Plus, there is the booklet attached as an appendix.
This booklet is totally 24 pages, containing about a symposium and chronology regarding modern Japanese prints. But all text written in Japanese.
Size of that is 40×30×0.4 cm.

The all condition is good for age. Some of damage and stains overall.
