Grappa di Barolo ‘20 anni’ is characterised by a long ageing process that gives it an exceptionally rich colour, together with good softness and moderate sweetness. Thanks to the barrique, the spicy aromas in the distillate are exceptionally well developed, with very clear notes ranging from pepper to cloves, from nutmeg to tobacco, from aniseed to liquorice. This very sharp tip accompanies the heart of the raw material, which is revealed with fruity aromas of jam, fruit in syrup, baked apple, prune, sultana, almond and walnut. This is followed by a floral tip and honey.
