100% malt is made from French barley, germinated in China and distilled in China with Chinese Angle yeast beforehand. The whisky is distilled twice, the basic range is mainly between 75% and 65%Vol, and aged in former wine casks from NAPA VALLEY, USA via a STR (shave, toast, char) treatment for the casks.
