4 paper items (Picasso rep) arrived without any cardboard protection. On my careful opening the items all creased due to protection. The dealer tells that these were originals. False!

You paid the first on line from Catawiki and the other you paid before it was send by me. Both lots were paid in advance for shipping. If you would have mailed me before payment we could have solved it easily and adjust that. On my lots it does say we combine shipments.
