Description: this rum belongs to the fifth release of the ‘Caroni Employees’ series. The rum results from the blending of 4 barrels distilled in the single column of the Caroni Distillery, aged for 25 years in a tropical Caribbean climate. The blend is transferred into stainless steel containers in order to keep all the characteristics of Caroni intact. It is dark amber in colour, complex and powerful, with aromas of tar, caramel and menthol, followed by woody and vanilla notes. It has a warm flavour of rubber, caramel, tar and leather.
