Gilt-Silver. Obverse: A scene from the interior of the holy shrine of Imam Reza in Mashhad. Reverse: Persian text. In the center: "Commemoration of the 1227th birthday of Ali ibn Musa al-Reza". Around the margin, the inscription reads: "During the reign and under the patronage of Muhammad Reza Shah Pahlavi, 1375 AH, Dhu al-Qa'dah.
