HISTORY of the Model: This is a "piece unique" nowhere else found, and with extract of the archives from Vacheron, they were amazed as no track of any other 4789 in the last years. A truly fine and rare watch! The Vacheron Constantin "Cioccolatino" stands as one of Vacheron's most rare pieces, as it was the first before the Toledo Histories series , with its outstanding case resemblance of a chocolate bar. This is a rare singular piece of history, as I have been collecting 25 years and never have seen this particular piece with small seconds. The ciocolattino case I have spotted it with no seconds, and was taken to the Vacheron Constantin boutique for specific examination. With its distinctive shape, it resembles a square., but not as the big Ciocolattone later model, we can expect this model being from the 1950s, with serial number and movement signed in crisp condition.
