The Organic 2009 is a single malt made from 100% Scottish barley. The cultivation of barley takes place in a seven-year cycle in order to protect the soil as much as possible and to farm in harmony with nature. Meanwhile, the farmland serves as pasture or is used to grow beans and carrots. Thanks to this carefully selected base and expertise, a great, creamy, elegant single malt is created. Aromas of candied oranges and lemons unfold on the nose. Wonderful grain notes on the palate, with a wonderfully round finish. Pure or on ice, it brings joy to the glass.
The Bruichladdich distillery was founded in 1881 and has established itself successfully.
