La statua era ben protetta, purtroppo gli inconvenienti possono capitare, e poi se lei voleva il rimborso avrebbe comunque dovuto inviarmi le foto, tutto si risolve in un modo o in un altro, la sua recensione e' ingiustificata, io mi sono sempre comportata onestamente.
très beau blason en poudre de marbre avec le lys florentin que je transpose en lys royal français . reçu intact bien emballé . merci de me dire s'il peut être posé à l'extérieur sans dommage .
