--THE ARTIST--
SINAO was born in New York in 1981. Although considered an emerging street artist, he has been working on murals since the 1990s. He loves to place his art on street materials (cardboard, trash cans, mailboxes, fire hydrants) and rarely used canvases. He has been influenced by the works of Blek le Rat. Most of the time, you will see his rabbit (from Alice in Wonderland) adorning the streets of American and European capitals.
Like most street artists, Sinao remains as infiltrated and anonymous as possible, revealing himself only covered by a Black Plague doctor's mask. For larger murals, he surrounds himself with artists under the Franco-American brand: Mind the Gap Label. The artist Sinao has a distinct style unique to street art.
His works are currently showcased by numerous galleries worldwide.
Note: All his mediums have dents, sometimes even perforations, tears in places, or burns, which add to the beauty of his art and ensure the uniqueness of each piece. Please note that all pieces are made of cardboard and may slightly differ in appearance. For instance, there may be dents and scratches on the edges. Additionally, paint drips and splatters will vary throughout the collection.

IMPORTANT: NEVER accept a damaged package without having opened and examined the artwork. If the artwork is damaged, you must refuse delivery and indicate the reason for refusal on the delivery note (make sure to specify any issues such as "broken, damaged, bent"...). If only the packaging is damaged, please make a reservation.
If you accept the package without checking your acquisition upon delivery, we will no longer be able to claim compensation or replacement.
Delivery time and postponement: Delivery may take up to two weeks; if you plan to be absent, please send us a message requesting to postpone your shipment in advance.
Group shipments: We do not offer group shipping service, as artworks are individually packaged and picked up by our carrier before the start of the sale, to ensure they can be shipped to collectors within the timeframes set by Catawiki.
Information about delivery fees: Delivery fees include quality packaging done by a specialized company, door-to-door insurance, and shipping costs for the artwork. Additionally, to facilitate your acquisition, all artworks are sent by the artists to the Mind The Gap Label in France, which validates them for certification.

Thank you for your comment. Artists usually use identical backgrounds and then enhance the work with acrylic paint. He also creates more complex works, entirely painted, with aluminium cut-outs, sculptures and many other supports. Note, however, that these works are often acquired for much higher prices.
Very expensive delivery cost (150€), I will never buy again with MTG France. Yes, the packaging is well made but, I don't think it worth 150€. I hope a part of the money (150€) will go to the artist.

Impression sur un papier de qualité. Belle œuvre. Un peu plus sombre que sur la photo. Les projections de peinture sont superflues. Ce n’est pas vraiment une œuvre faite à la main, ni unique.

Merci pour votre commentaire. Je vous confirme que c'est bien une œuvre originale. Les artistes ont pour habitude d'utiliser des fonds identiques puis ils rehaussent l'œuvre avec de la peinture acrylique, ce qui en fait une œuvre unique.
super artiste, livraison très soignée, délai un peu long, mais échange avec le vendeur qui m'a expliqué le problème.
