After 30 months of tests and prototypes, B.R.M introduces the Birotor, the only watch with a French made movement. A multitude of technical innovation makes this piece exceptional example of watchmaking.
The BRM-Precitime movement is suspended by 4 carbon fiber brackets mounted in 4 shock absorbers with cone-shaped springs from our isolastic system (certified) making a rigid but shock absorbing framework identical to race cars.
The BRM-Precitime Birotor automatic movement if unique among luxury watches with it's 2 rotors connected with a differential similar to an automobile. The 2 rotors are set on double ceramic rotor bearings with their weights are of Tantalum
The 40 x 48mm titanium case is assembled with functional hex head fasteners at the lugs, allowing for three positions of adjustment. The crown is designed in the shape of a pinion gear stacked on top of another gear.
