Living National Treasure of Japan.
Tatsuzo Shimaoka studied under 濱田庄司Shoji Hamada, who is also a Living National Treasure of Japan,
His unique personality was highly praised due to Shoji Hamada's style.
Both the master and his disciple were selected as Living National Treasures of Japan.
His works are now rare.
The item is in good condition with no chips.
There is a gap at the red circle in the photo of the surface that occurred during manufacturing.
Please forgive us, as it is very small and thin.
Comes with an original box.
