Aged in used 225 liter American oak barrels for between 5 and 6 years. Manual racking every 6 months with the aim of not having to filter. Bottled in 75 cl containers. Traditional clarification with fresh egg whites before bottling. A minimum of 4 years of aging in the bottle before being marketed."
