"It remains for 12 months in tanks to finish the malolactic fermentation and rest before being aged in wood. The wine matures for about 36 months in semi-new 225-liter barrels, 70% American oak and 30% French. Subjected to various manual racking each year. A minimum of 36 months of aging in the bottle racks of the winery before being marketed in the mid-1980s. Recorked every 20 years."
