WMF / Geislingen - 瓶子杯垫 - 新艺术风格 - 锡
A fine silver plated pewter bottle stand, measuring corca 10.7cm in height and weighing 315g, decorated to the reticulated walls with the heads of female figures with long hair above whiplash lines. Stamped to the underside with WMFB, a mark used from 1886 to 1903. Further stamped AS for Antik Silber, denoting a slightly darker finish applied to the silver plating during the manufacturing process. This bottle stand is pictured in the 1906 WMF catalog, see pictures.
Condition: Very good, no damages or repairs. Minimal wear commensurate with age.
