A lovely antique Chinese porcelain Blanc de Chine scholars object (a waterdropper or joss stick holder), depicting a Finely carved seated Man holding a Liuqin on Artemisia Leaf. Te man is seated next to a hollow branch, on which also a bird sits. Executed in a nice monochrome translucent exceptional creamy white glaze. Handcrafted in ancient Imperial China, Dehua kilns in the Fujian province, during the Qing dynasty, 17th century (Kangxi Period). On the bottom a nicely sculpted foot, showing age and material. Guaranteed original and of the stated period.

Height: 6,5 centimeter
Condition: The object is in good condition, old crackles and cracks on the backside and the base and small baking imperfections. The condition is carefully checked with strong UV-light and bright translucent white light.
