2019 Château La Tour du Pin Figeac, 1997 Le "D"de Dassault & 2009 Clos La Gaffelière - 波尔多 Grand Cru - 3 Bottles (0.75L)

Dear customer, if one is looking for an argument to complain he will always find. My comment on this negative review is the following: 1) The bottles are not broken, so they were well wrapped and protected (positive approach). 2) the deliverytime is matter of the transport-companies and the seller cannot do anything or interfere. 3) This parcel has been 20 days in shipment of which 3 days in Depôt Lithauwen because the parcel could not be delivered (nobody at the door). Honestly I believe that the review is not right and that Catawiki should better screen/check the comments of the receivers. I cannot and will not accept this review and request Catawiki to delete. I hope that the customer gives the wine enough rest before tasting. Thanks.

I feel sorry, but I cannot accept this kind of review. Moreover I do not understand that Catawiki accept this useless comment. This customer is a wise man (?) "The best helmsmen are on shore" ! Catawiki please do what you have to do: Keep balance in our business ! Thanks.

Deze review is on-acceptabel. Ik verzoek U deze dringend terug te draaien, daar dit een onterechte klacht is. De aanbieding was heel duidelijk en geaccepteerd door Catawiki en zijn experts. De fotoos in de aanbieding laten exact zien hoe de labels eruit zien. U koopt hier een wijn die >20 jaar oud is en dan kan het inderdaad niet meer drinkbaar zijn. Indien U een wijnkenner bent weet U dit. Trouwens het meteen proeven van de wijn nadat ze een reis hebben gemaakt van méér dan 1000km is helemaal niet aan te raden. Wijn dient te rusten voor enkele maanden en dan mag U proeven. U hebt een volledige informatie gekregen in de advertentie en U bent zelf verantwoordelijk voor Uw keuze. Er is mij niets extra gevraagd mbt de kwaliteit, ed. Ik verzoek U de review te verwijderen. Onterechte plaatsing en voor Catawiki eveneens een rare manier van omgaan met klachten en klanten.

Ik begrijp niets van Uw review en waarom meteen naar Catatwiki met klacht. U hebt de 5 flessen gekocht zoals beschreven (inbegrepen de fotoos) in de advertentie. Dat er blijkbaar tijdens het transport etiketten zijn verdwenen dan zitten die nog in het pakket. Hebt U wel goed gekeken? En wat wenst U te bereiken met deze klacht. Ik heb alles ingepakt en de flessen waren volledig in de staat zoals de fotoos aangeven. Ik snap ook niet waarom Catawiki toestaat dat U dergelijke klacht ventileert naar Catawiki zonder mij eerst te raadplegen. Er is duidelijk iets mis met systeem Catawiki. Jammer. Verzoek Catawiki deze negatieve review te verwijderen en het systeem aan te passen zodat dergelijke "rare klachten" niet zomaar worden gepubliceerd.

I'm also disappointed for this review. I use PostNl and they inform me constantly that the delivery service in Europeis very slow for the moment. This negative review does not solve any problem and Catawiki should not allow this kind of messages. It's wiser to contact eachother and to try to get things better. I feel sorry.

I feel sorry, but this is not true. Wine do not change of couleur in 2 days. Have you any picture of this. Besides that the Wine expert has accepted this lot for auction and believe me these experts are really good. I like this revieuw to removed because its not the truth. Sorry. Next to that I see you have the wines already + 6 weeks and you complain now. It's a bit late for doing that. Please be serious and take away your remark. You bought an excellent old wine from me. I feel sorry to get this kind of negative review about the wrapping of the bottles. The main goal is that the bottles will be delivered in 100% good condition as described in the advertisment. And this is the result, so why complaining ???? I cannot accept this kind of comments and urge Catawiki to delete this message. Thanks.
