The wine has extremely expressive powerful aromas of blackcurrant, violet, pepper, licorice. An exceptional aromatic bouquet. In the mouth, the word is voluptuous, greedy, on the fruit, with a beautiful length and velvety.
Yves Gangloff signs a rib-rôtie of great complexity and exceptional finesse. The secret of this success lies in the assembly of grapes from different plots, all characterized by varied soils (schistes, granite, limestone, etc.) and that of two different grape varieties. It has indeed completed the 95% syrah of 5% viognier, a white grape variety that gives elegance and finesse.
Their cultivation is reasoned, the harvest is manual; fermentation is done in thermoregulated stainless steel tanks, and, finally, the aging takes place in barrels for 20 months.

Barbarine has notes of spices (cinnamon and licorice) as well as notes of berries (raspberry, mallow). The mouth is greedy and supple. The wine is a good balance and the tannins are well melted.
