Salve, come le avevo cercato di spiegare tramite messaggio, nonostante noi utilizziamo solo scatole certificate per le spedizioni, le sue bottiglie devono aver subito danni dettati dall'incuria del corriere. Nonostante l'accaduto non fosse imputabile a noi, ci eravamo resi disponibili, a fronte della restituzione della merce, di effettuarle un cambio merce. Purtroppo non ci ha più fatto sapere nulla... Siamo molto dispiaciuti dell'accaduto ma siamo convinti che andrà meglio la prossima volta. Cordialmente, Family Collection
