All this is followed by a mineral-earthy aftertaste that blends soft balsamic notes (green cocoa, orange jam, bay leaf, sage, ivy) and the ripe, fragrant, juicy, spicy fruit. Beautiful, fine, ethereal, mysterious, without ever being seen, without peaks or ups and downs, of fantastic integrity and solidity.
