Elegant specimen of pyrites on matrix from the famous mine of Ambasaguas, La Rioja.
There are up to four pyrites displaying nicely on the matrix which show the typical shinny lustruous from this mine.
Crystals chrystalized as pyritohedron with some irregularities. We could find one which size is around 25mm diameter, other 15mm diameter, a third one with 10mm diameter and a fourth one with around 5mm diameter.
A nice specimen which could display nicely and complete your mineral collection from classical localities.
