Perfect closed package with no signs of attempts to open, after opening, the camera battery compartment door was held together with adhesive tape. It is broken and not functionelly .

We do not accept any refunds for items unless you can provide documentation that you have been in contact with customs exactly as we have asked you to do. In your opinion, the object is destroyed and without any kind of corroborating statement from the customs office, it could be you who destroyed the object in question. So until you can show that you have been in contact with the Customs and thus shown that you are doing everything you can to sort this out from your side, we will not accept any refund of items. The camera was shipped in the condition as shown in the auction pictures. We have more pictures that was taken during packaging of said object to prove our side and statement.
