Thank you for the really nice Marques de Riscal barrel. Shipment was very fast. It is very expensive because of the shipping costs but for us it is worth it. It is in our living room now 🤗

Highly recommended. 500 euro case of wine shipped in bubble wrap. Result: broken case. I ask for 10% refund but they won't accept it except for the next purchase.

Dear customer, we were waiting for your comment. The transport company had no problems on their part, and we offered to collect the entire lot at our own expense, but they refused, threatening to leave a negative review. All they were looking for was a big discount for "according to you" a broken wooden box that could have been caused by you. The customer is not always right. Regards

The bottles did not come in the original packaging as stated in the offer. Also, seller ship from Spain (stated Ireland) which means shipment charges are very hight for real cost.

El vendedor realiza los pedidos desde España, y no desde Irlanda como menciona en sus anuncios. De esta manera los gastos de envío son más elevadoas.

Some of the 12 bottles of wine arrived broken. The packing wasn’t great. Let’s see what is done by Privatum to put things right before I give a definitive rating. I am optimistic! Fingers crossed.
