Two records representing two of the most influential pianists in jazz. Both pianists cut their teeth in different Miles Davis groups. The first is a live record by Bill Evans at the Montmartre Jazzhouse in Copenhagen in 1969. The second is a 1982 record from Herbie Hancock, quartet, where Wynton Marsalis joins the pianist on trumpet, Ron Carter on bass, and Tony Williams on drums.
