They are very massive.
Salt shakers are made of 950/1000 sterling silver. Silver teaspoons (sample 800/1000) are not complete.
Salt shakers were created in France at the turn of the nineteenth and twentieth centuries.
Salt shaker height 7,7 cm, dimensions 8 x 6,5 cm.
Net weight of silver 155 grams (without glass inserts).
Assay feature - Mercury's head with the number 1. This is a French export feature.

Der Spiegel ist heute bei mir angekommen. Er ist sehr schön aber leider etwas zu klein für meinen Anwendungsfall. Dürfte doppelt so groß sein. Mein Fehler.

this is not really antique - more some cheap metal box - you can already see the inside suede material is very cheap - also noticed the seller sold the same box again - so probably he has 100's
