Emidio Pepe's Rosato is a splendid interpretation of this famous Abruzzo rosé wine, made with 100% Montepulciano grapes, the most widespread red grape variety in the region. As per ancient local custom, it is a rather rich and intense artisanal expression, with a typically gastronomic face. It is particularly appreciated at the table for its good structure and notable aromatic richness, based on notes of red berries and delicate spicy nuances. It is an excellent rosé to taste with white meats and cured meats, absolutely to try with the classic Abruzzo fish broth.
