Andi was absolutely brilliant. The order went to the wrong address, MY FAULT. It was returned and then shipped to the correct address. First class service and great communication. Delighted.

Delivery took 1,5 month due to some dubious problems with dutch postal service and wrong addres. Original pencase got lost by the seller. He provided differant one, stainless steal, I agreed sadly.
