An astonishingly rare find, presented is an incredible original production cel featuring Marvelous Melmo from Osamu Tezuka's groundbreaking anime classic. This cel will be a crown jewel for any collection, a stunning and dramatic full-figure depiction of the main characther in action.
Unique piece. Very scarce and rare.
Theses works belongs to the process of creating one the sequences of one episode of the famous cartoon serie. This artwork is unique it is not a simple lithograph or print, it is hand made.
All in good condition with the signs and normal wear of a drawing used in animation production.

Marvelous Melmo (ふしぎなメルモ, Fushigi na Merumo) is a magical girl manga and anime by Osamu Tezuka. This series centered on Melmo, a nine-year-old girl whose mother is killed in an auto accident and has to then take care of her two younger brothers (Totoo and Touch). While in Heaven, the children's mother is given one wish. Her wish is that Melmo (the oldest out of her 3 children) will be allowed to grow up more quickly than usual, since their lives as children will be difficult without their parents.
