Beautiful vintage Italian stovetop coffee maker produced in the 1980s by Guido Bergna of Paderno Dugnano Milano (the company was absorbed by Bialetti in 2001).

This solid and robust moka/espresso coffee maker is the ‘Kitty Oro’ model. It is made of polished Inox 18/10 stainless steel and has a 24-karat gold-plated handle and knob. It can make 6 cups of coffee and has a reducer to halve the coffee blend. Given its unique design and because it is rare to find in this condition — new and unused — the piece has become highly sought after by collectors and coffee enthusiasts. It is perfectly suited for eclectic, retro, mid-century, and modern kitchen settings.

Condition: Mint and unused. The cafetière still has the adhesive remains of the GB sticker on it (see photos no. 4-5), its original box (a bit scuffed), and the instructions leaflet. As the photos show, it is pristine inside and outside the pot.
