The Mamiya RB67 is an iconic Japanese medium format 6x7 SLR. The name RB67 comes from one of its defining features, the Swivel Rear. This creative design allows you to take portrait or landscape shots without rotating the camera. The viewfinder is a 7x7 square and has lines that reflect both directions. The RB is a completely mechanical system that requires no batteries to operate. Mamiya has produced many different lenses for the RB67, all of which are excellent. The lenses are equipped with leaf shutters with speeds ranging from 1 second to 1/400 second. There are also interchangeable viewfinders, grips, film backs and other accessories that make the RB67 a truly modular camera.
