Quinta de Morocco is a family farm that has been part of the Galante Correia Sequeira Family for several generations. It is located on the left bank of the Douro River, in the Baixo Corgo region, origin of the Port Wine Demarcated Region, and is one of the oldest farms in the Douro. The vineyards at Quinta de Morocco extend up to 180 meters above sea level, on terraces supported by "dry stone walls", where old vines predominate, characterized by the DNA of noble and ancient grape varieties from the Douro region. The northern exposure is a key factor, promoting the smooth ripening of the grapes. The altitude provides mild temperatures and the river breeze cools the vines at night. A Quinta de Marrocos é uma quinta familiar que se encontra há várias gerações na Família Galante Correia Sequeira. Situa-se na margem esquerda do rio Douro, na região do Baixo Corgo, origem da Região Demarcada do Vinho do Porto, sendo uma das mais antigas quintas do Douro. As vinhas da Quinta de Marrocos estendem-se até aos 180 metros de altitude, em socalcos suportados por "muros de pedra seca", onde predominam as vinhas velhas, caracterizadas pelo ADN de castas nobres e antigas da região do Douro. A exposição a norte é um fator-chave, promovendo a maturação suave das uvas. A altitude proporciona temperaturas amenas e a brisa do rio arrefece as vinhas durante a noite.
