Yashica FX-3 Super 2000 with a shutter speed range extended to 1/2000, and a wider ISO range from 25 - 3200 is a valid alternative to use CONTAX Zeiss lenses. LENS Lens is in beautiful aesthetic, mechanical and optical condition despite the age. Glass is crystal clear and clean with NO fungus NO haze NO scratches NO balsam separation. Aperture blades are clean and free from oil. Focusing ring is smooth and precise. Very high optical quality. I have tested this lens on digital camera with an adapter : performances are outstanding under proper light conditions. CAMERA Camera body shows signs of use and age but it is in overall beautiful condition. Viewfinder is clear and clean with only minor dust/dirt that do not affect visibility. Shutter works at every speed, accuracy is unknown. Everything seems to work as it should.
