In 1929 Enzo Ferrari, founded Scuderia Ferrari in Modena with the aim of giving drivers a chance in motor racing. As a car he mainly uses Alfa Romeo's and Scuderia Ferrari became the official racing division of Alfa Romeo in 1933. In 1938 Alfa Romeo took over the racing division and the racing division was renamed Alfa Corse.
